MEET KATIE

Well Adjusted Yoga's founder Katie Appleton is a certified Yoga instructor and Yoga Therapy intern with over a 1000 hours of group yoga instruction in addition to hundreds of hours instructing Barre and Pilates. Currently in her final year of training in the expanding field of Yoga Therapy, Katie focuses on alignment and safety to enable her clients to reach their personal goals.

With a personal history of spinal injury, Katie understands the healing power of yoga as well as how to overcome the obstacles to a fulfilling practice. Katie works with a wide variety of ages and abilities with varying goals, from mobility to strengthening, finding better tone or better balance, to being able to relax and find joy in your daily life.
