Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is a fun and unique way to take your practice outdoors. Each session begins with tips and tricks for a more enjoyable paddling experience, then we will drop anchor for a 30 minute yoga session. Accessible to seasoned paddlers and newbies alike and to all levels of yoga experience. We can accomodate up to 5 students at a time or work with you in a one on one session.

Because of its unique nature, SUP Yoga sessions are weather permitting. A little rain is ok, but high winds, heavy rain, or lightning is not. If adverse weather is a possibility, your private instructor will be in contact the morning of the lesson and will make the final call one hour before class. You will be able to reschedule or be fully refunded.
